Service Items

Service items are billing codes with default descriptions you set that your company will use to bill customers for services, fees, charges, shipping, or anything that is not for inventory.  The sales of service items will be grouped according to which sales group you place them under and there is great flexibility there as you can change that at anytime and your total sales will not change (This is managed with the Revenue Control Account) ,but you can view the sales of service items according to different service group classifications.  You can add and edit service groups from this link.
