Existing orders for a customer
Your customer service team can review existing orders for a customer in two primary ways. The first is by loading the page orders by date ( Orders - DocuLedger ) and the second option is to go to the customer list (Customer List - DocuLedger) and then filter on the customer you are interested in and then click on their name, then click on the orders link. The first option list summarized orders and you click on the plus sign to see details of the order or click on the order number to see all of the details for the order. The second option loads every line item on every order the customer has placed for a date range. You can then click on the order number to open the order.
